1.5 kg(s) courgette

100 gm(s) onion

100 ml(s) double cream

200 ml(s) milk

100 ml(s) chicken stock

to taste seasoning

20 gm(s) plain flour

1 tbsp(s) veg oil

Preparation

Wash, peel & chop the courgette Peel & chop the onion Put a sauce pan on medium heat with a splash of oil Sweat off the onion & courgette Add the flour & stir with a wooden spoon cook for 10 minutes stirring Add stock Add milk cook for a further 10 minutes Add double cream Add seasoning & simmer for 5 minutes,ZAP & serve with crusty bread.
