Ingredients

For Soup:

3 large boneless chicken breasts

2 32 oz cartons of chicken broth

1 can of rotel

2 cans of refried beans

1 can of black beans

1 cup of frozen corn

2 cups of instant rice

1 tsp ground cumin

1 tsp garlic powder

For Toppings:

tortilla chips, green onions, shredded cheese

Preparation

Boil then shred chicken. Mix all soup ingredients into a stock pot. Simmer for 30 minutes. Top in a bowl with chips, onions, and cheese.
