Ingredients

2 eggs

1 cup milk

2 slices of American cheese

1 tablespoon Italian Seasoning

pinch of salt

pinch of pepper

Louisiana hot sauce(add to taste)

2 pieces pre-cooked bacon (optional)

Preparation

  1. Whisk the eggs and the milk until totally smooth. Pour into buttered pan set at low.
  2. Cut the American cheese into small bits and sprinkle them all over the pan.
  3. Sprinkle the Italian Seasoning, salt and pepper around the pan.
  4. Cut the bacon and place somewhat evenly over the pan, mostly in the middle.
  5. Add a few drops of Louisiana hot sauce around the pan
  6. Wait for the omlette to cook fully. scrape sides of pan occasionally to check as the melted cheese may make it hard to tell.
  7. Once done, fold in half. Put it on a plate and add a little more hot sauce on top.
  8. Serve with a smile!
