Ingredients
2 eggs
1 cup milk
2 slices of American cheese
1 tablespoon Italian Seasoning
pinch of salt
pinch of pepper
Louisiana hot sauce(add to taste)
2 pieces pre-cooked bacon (optional)
Preparation
- Whisk the eggs and the milk until totally smooth. Pour into buttered pan set at low.
- Cut the American cheese into small bits and sprinkle them all over the pan.
- Sprinkle the Italian Seasoning, salt and pepper around the pan.
- Cut the bacon and place somewhat evenly over the pan, mostly in the middle.
- Add a few drops of Louisiana hot sauce around the pan
- Wait for the omlette to cook fully. scrape sides of pan occasionally to check as the melted cheese may make it hard to tell.
- Once done, fold in half. Put it on a plate and add a little more hot sauce on top.
- Serve with a smile!
