Ingredients

2 lb. Hamburger

1 Large Onion (Chopped)

1 can Tomato soup

1 c. Ketsup

1 c. Water

¾ tsp. Chili Powder

¾ tsp. Black Pepper

1 T. Cocoa

(Kidney Beans optional)

Preparation

In large pot brown and drain Hamburger with onion.

After draining add all other ingredients. Simmer slowly for at least 20 minutes - stir occassionally.
