Ingredients
1 round steak
1 pkg. onion soup mix
1 Tbsp shortening
2 c water
1 (12oz) pkg. sour cream
1 large pkg. egg noodles
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
Cut steak into small cubes; remove fat and bone. Brown in skillet with 1 Tbsp shortening, salt and pepper. Pour into slow cooker or crock-pot. Add soup mix and water. Let cook on Hihg for 6-8 hours until you get home from work. Stir in sour cream a few minutes before pouring over cooked egg noodles.
