Ingredients

1 cup butter

1 cup sugar

11/2 cup flour

1 tbsp. white vinegar

1/2 tsp. baking soda

Nutella

Preparation

Cream butter and sugar. Mix flour and baking soda. Alternate small amounts of flour and vinegar into the butter and sugar. Refrigerate for one hour. Spoon teaspoons size dough 2 inches apart on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 350 for 12 to 20 minutes. Cool an hour or more. Store in can until ready to spread Nutella between two cookies.
