Ingredients

12 wonton wrappers halved diagonally

cooking spray

2 tsps dark sesame oil

1 tsp water

1/4 tsp salt

1/4 tsp freshly ground black pepper

1 lemon

1 small ripe peeled avocado

2 tbsps reduced fat sour cream

2 tsps wasabi paste such as Roland

Preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 400
  2. Arrange wontons on a large baking sheet coated with cooking spray. Combine oil and water brush evenly over wontons. Sprinkle evenly with salt and pepper. Bake at 400 for 6 to 8 minutes or until wontons are golden brown.
  3. While wontons bake, grate rind, and squeeze juice from lemon to measure 1 tsp and 1 tablespoon respectively. Place lemond rind, lemon juice, avocado, sour cream and wasabi paste in a blender, process until smooth. Serve with wonton crisps.
