Ingredients
1 pound Monterey Jack cheese, shredded
1 cup sour cream
1/4 cup chopped black olives
2/3 cup chopped green chilies
1/2 cup minced scallions
1 teaspoon cumin
1 package wonton wrappers
Preparation
Oil mini muffin tins. Brush wonton wrappers lightly with oil and place in tins. Mix the cheese, sour cream, olives, chilies, scallions, and cumin. Fill the wontons with the mixture and bake for 8 minutes at 375’. Wontons can be filled up to 2 hours ahead.
