Ingredients

8 1/2 oz. vitex 

3/4 oz. dong quai 

3/4 oz. licorice 

3/4 oz. ginger 

Cinnamon and orange peel as desired 

Preparation

To make blend: Combine dried herbs; mix well. Store in tightly sealed glass jar. (Dried blend will keep for up to a year.)

To make 1 quart tea: Add 8 teaspoons blend to 1 quart cold water in saucepan. Place over low heat; slowly bring to a boil. Cover and simmer for 15 to 20 minutes. Remove from heat and strain. Sweeten with honey if desired. Drink 3 to 4 cups daily.
