Ingredients

8(5 pounds) large potatoes(washed and diced into 3/4 in cubes skin on)

1 Pound Kraft Velveeta cheese diced in 1/2 cubes.

1/2 cup cooked bacon chopped(or bac-o bits can be used)

1/ 1/2 cups mayonnaise

Preparation

  1. Pree heat oven to 400 F.

  2. Grease a large baking sheet.

  3. In a large bowl Mix potatoes, cheese, bacon and mayonnaise stir to coat.

  4. Pour mixture into baking dish. Bake 45 minutes to 1 hour until brown and crispy on top.
