Ingredients

3/4 lb. extra lean ground beef

1 or 2 garlic cloves, minced

1 teaspoon of vegetable oil

6 ounces snow peas, halved lengthwise

1 red pepper, cut into strips

1 (15-ounce) can baby corn, drained, rinsed

1 teaspoon sesame oil

salt and freshly ground pepper, hot pepper sauce for taste (optional)

2 cups of cooked rice.

Preparation

Brown ground beef in wok or large skillet, drain. Add garlic; cook until tender, set aside wipe out wok with paper towel.

heat vegetable oil in wok over medium-heat. add snow peas and red peppers; stir-fry (wok n roll) lol… for about 3 minutes or untill vegetables are crisp-tender. Stir in ground beef mixture, baby corn, soy sauce and sesame oil. Season with salt, pepper and hot sauce to taste.

Best served over rice.
