slices white, whole wheat or pumpernickel bread

tablespoons honey mustard or mayonnaise

slices (1/2 oz each) Swiss cheese

slices (1/2 oz each) American cheese

oz thinly sliced smoked deli turkey breast

oz thinly sliced deli ham

Olive oil cooking spray

Preparation

Heat panini maker or closed contact grill for 5 minutes. Spread 1 side of 14 bread slices with honey mustard. Top each with Swiss cheese, American cheese, turkey, ham and second slice of bread. Spray sandwiches with cooking spray.

Place sandwiches on grill 2 at a time. Close grill; cook 1 to 2 minutes or until bread is toasted and cheese is melted. Using 4- or 5-inch witch hat cookie cutter, cut each sandwich into hat shape.
