winter squash & sweet potatoes (equal)
curry powder
coconut milk
onions (1 roughly chopped)
garlic
honey
chicken or veggie stock
goat cheese (optional)
Preparation
brown the onions add the garlic and brown lightly add squash & sweet potatoes and stock (chicken or veggie) simmer add curry powder, coconut milk and honey when veggies are tender puree salt and pepper to taste and eat!
