Ingredients

 1 lb. extra lean ground beef

 1 ½ cups diced onion

 3 minced garlic cloves

 Nature’s Seasoning

 1 can diced tomatoes with juice

 4 cups beef stock

 2 cups diced potatoes

 2 cups mixed veggies

 1 tbsp oregano

 1 tsp salt

 1 tbsp basil

Preparation

Sauté beef with onions and garlic. Combine all other ingredients in a pot, bring to a boil and boil for about 20 minutes or till potatoes are tender. Turn down to a simmer and add fully cooked beef. Simmer for at least an hour.
