teaspoon grated orange peel

tablespoons fresh orange juice

tablespoon rice vinegar

teaspoons honey

teaspoon salt

bags (5 oz each) mixed spring greens

red grapefruit, peeled, sectioned

navel oranges, peeled, sectioned

3

oz feta cheese, crumbled (3/4 cup)

bag (4 oz) glazed almonds with cranberries, honey and sea salt

Preparation

In small bowl, stir together oil, orange peel, orange juice, vinegar, honey and salt with whisk.

On large platter or in individual salad bowls, arrange greens, grapefruit and oranges. Sprinkle with cheese and almond mixture. Drizzle with dressing or serve dressing on the side.
