Ingredients

Tangerines, peeled and sliced 

Hothouse tomatoes, such as Campari, sliced 

Fresh mozzarella, torn 

Kosher salt and freshly ground pepper 

Sherry vinegar 

Extra-virgin olive oil 

Chopped fresh chives 

Preparation

On a large plate, arrange tangerines and tomatoes with mozzarella. Season with salt and pepper, then drizzle lightly with vinegar and generously with oil. Sprinkle with chopped chives; serve.
