Ingredients

Salad:

1 head of Romaine lettuce, rinsed, dried, julienne sliced

1 English cucumber, peeled, diced

2 ribs celery, diced

2 Jonagold apples, peeled, diced

Dressing:

6 tablespoons vegetable oil

3 tablespoons sugar

2 tablespoons cider vinegar

1/4 teaspoon salt

Preparation

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine dressing ingredients. Use a whisk to mix well.
  2. Prepare vegetables and apples. Add apples to the dressing first, then remaining vegetables, toss to combine.
