Ingredients

3 1/2 cups coarsely chopped pecans

2/3 cup powdered sugar

2 cups a/p flour

3/4 cup butter, cubed

1/2 cup firmly packed brown sugar

1/2 cup honey

2/3 cup butter

3 Tb whipping cream

Preparation

Toast pecans in 350* oven 5-7 minutes. Cool.

Line a 9x13" pan with foil and spray lightly with Pam baking spray.

Pulse flour, powdered sugar, and 3/4 cup butter in food-processor 5-6 times, until mixture resembles coarse meal. Pat evenly in prepared pan. Bake at 350* for 20 minutes.

Cool completely.

Combine brown sugar, honey, 2/3 cup butter and cream in a 3 qt saucepan and bring to a boil over medium heat. Add pecans and spoon into prepared crust. Bake at 350* 25-30 minutes. Cool in pan. Completely.
