Ingredients

Flour/seasoning mixture:

1 cup all-purpose flour

1 tsp. salt

1/2 tsp. paprika

1/2 tsp. garlic powder

1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper

1/4 tsp. black pepper

Preparation

I combine an egg and some milk for a wash. Dip the chicken in the wash and then in the flour/seasoning mixture. Then deep fry at 350 F until it looks delicious, 10-15 minutes.

For best results refrigerate the chicken in the mixture for a few hours. It’s so good, my mouth is watering now.
