Ingredients
1/2 c. extra virgin olive oil
1/4 c. white wine vinegar
1/4 c. dry white wine
1 bay leaf
1 t. chopped fresh thyme
1 t. chopped fresh oregano
2 garlic cloves, minced
8 peppercorns
Preparation
Mix all. Use for veggies or chicken. Marinate 6 hours in fridge.
