Ingredients
2 bags (10 oz) or more Spinach (washed)
2 Garlic cloves, chopped
2 Tsp Lemon Juice
Olive oil
2 Tb Pine Nuts
Preparation
Toast pine nuts in skillet until brown, remove. Brown garlic in olive oil. Add spinach and saute over medium-high heat in olive oil (less is more). Near finish, stir in lemon juice and pine nuts.
