Ingredients

tablespoon oil

garlic cloves, minced

(10-oz.) pkg. prewashed fresh spinach, stems removed

1/3

cup raisins

1/4

cup shelled sunflower seeds or pine nuts

teaspoons sugar

tablespoons white wine vinegar

Preparation

Heat oil in nonstick Dutch oven over medium heat until hot. Add garlic; cook 1 minute.

Add spinach and raisins; cook and stir about 1 minute or just until spinach is barely wilted. Remove from heat; stir in sunflower seeds, sugar and vinegar.
