1/3 C. TARRAGON VINEGAR

Preparation

COOK BACON UNTIL CRISP. CRUMBLE AND RESERVE. SIMMER ONION, SUGAR, SALT, PEPPER AND VINEGAR IN BACON DRIPPINGS FOR 2 MINUTES. POUR HOT DRESSING OVER LETTUCE. SSPRINKLE WITH BACON BITS. TOSS TO COAT GREENS.
