Ingredients
1/2 C butter
1 T salt
1/2 t allspice
1/2 t cinnimon
1/2 t nutmeg
1 1/3 C sugar
2 eggs
2-3 chopped apples
2 C flour, tapped down & sifted
1t baking powder
1/4 t baking soda
1/3 C sour cream
Preparation
Blend butter and sugar together, add eggs at room temp. Gradually add the dry ingrediants, add apple last. Pour into a well greased Bundt pan. Bake @350 for 35-45 min. Caramel Glaze 4 T Heavy whipping Cream 4 T Butter 1 C Brown Sugar 1/8 t salt 1 T Dark Syrup Bring to a boil and let cool and pour over the Apple Cake. SERVE HOT!!
