1/2 tsp Ground Fennel Seed
1 Green Chili (Minced)
1tsp Red Cayanne Pepper
1tsp Paprika
1tsp Ground Ginger
1 cup Dried Cherries (pitted)
1 Cup Green Peas (reserve)
1/2 Cup Grape Leaves (wet)
Preparation
- Prepare Rice
- Prepare Eggplant Curry (that is all other ingredients except rice and green peas)
- Compine Eggplant Curry, Peas and Rice
