Ingredients

24 oz All Purpose Flour

1/4 oz Instant Yeast

1/8 oz Salt

1/3 oz Olive Oil

1 ½ oz Parmesan Cheese

8 oz Wild Veggie Broccoli

9 oz Water

Preparation

• Place all ingredients in mixing bowl • Using dough hook attachment, mix for 5 minutes at speed 1, and 10 minutes at speed 2 • Proof in separate mixing bowl until doubled in size • Divide dough into two equally weighted balls • Place on cornmeal-dusted parchment paper and sheet pan and proof again until doubled in size • Bake at 425° for 25 minutes
