Ingredients

3/4 cup of wild rice

1 can of chicken broth

1/2 of chopped walnuts

1/2 of diced dry mango

2 tbs of butter

salt and pepper

Preparation

In a small pot add the chicken broth and wild rice. Cook for about 30 mins. until the rice “blooms” and is tender and all the broth is absorbed.

In a skillet add the butter and saute the walnuts and mangos for about 3 mins. Add the rice and saute for another minute or so.
