Ingredients
-1 cup wild rice
-5 1/2 cup chicken stock
-1 cup toasted pecans
-1 cup currants (soak in 1/3 cup orange juice)
-1 finely chopped orange rind
-1/4 cup finely chopped parsley
-4 finely sliced green onions
-1/4 cup olive oil
Preparation
-boil rice and stock -simmer until rice splits -drain rice, cool -toss in other ingredients
