Ingredients

1- 6 oz. Pkg. Long Grain & Wild Rice

½ Cup Miracle Whip Salad Dressing or Hellmann’s Mayo

2 Tablespoons Olive Oil

½ teaspoon Black Pepper

¼ Teaspoon Grated Lemon Peel

1 Chopped Red Pepper (or green for color variety)

1 Chopped Yellow Pepper (or orange for color variety)

¼ Cup 1-inch Green Onion Pieces

Preparation

• Prepare Rice as directed on package. Cool. • Combine Salad Dressing, Oil, Black Pepper and Lemon Peel; Mix Well. • Add Remaining ingredients; mix lightly. • Serve at room temperature or chilled.
