Ingredients
1 1/3 C. hot or spicy Italian Sausage (Jimmy Dean or Dillons)
1 minced onion
12 oz. canned mushrooms - sliced
8 ox. wild rice
1/3 cup plus cream
1 1/3 c. chicken broth
Preparation
Cook rice for one hour with lots of water. Drain. Brown sausage, onion and mushrooms. Combine all ingredients in a Pyrex and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
