Ingredients

3 C. wild rice (cooked)

1/2 lb. green or red seedless grapes, cut in half

2 C. chicken, cooked, cubed

1 can water chestnuts

1 C. cashew halves

1 C. mayonnaise (Helman’s)

1 tsp. seasoned salt

1 tsp. white or black pepper

Preparation

Mix all ingredients except wild rice. Cool in refrigerator several hours or overnight. Wash wild rice in water and let soak over night. Cook until rice begins to burst. Cool and place in the bowl with remaining ingredient.
