Ingredients

4 T Butter

4 T Flour

2 c Milk

2 c Chicken Broth

1 c Onions, chopped

2 c Chanterelles

.5 t Chervil

.5 t Parsley

.5 t Dry Mustard

Preparation

Melt 2 tablespoons butter in saucepan. Add 4 tablespoons of butter. When flour is absorbed, add 2 cups of milk.

Saute 1 cup onions in 2 tablespoons butter till soft. Add 2 cups sliced mushrooms. Saute until done.

Add mushrooms to white sauce. Season with chervil, parsley and dry mustard. Add salt and pepper to taste.
