Ingredients

3 lb. fresh Wild Sock Eye Salmon Filet

2 limes

1 lemon

lemon pepper

garlic powder

blackening seasoning

Preparation

rinse fresh salmon filet in cold water/pat dry squeeze juice of one fresh lime over filet sprinkle filet generously with lemon pepper, garlic powder and blackening seasoning refrigerate for 1/2 hour Light or preheat grill Slice lemon & lime into thin slices Place salmon directly on rack and grill covered for approx. 20 min. over low, even heat or until filet begins to lift from skin. Top salmon with lime & lemon slices. Grill for an additional 5 minutes, remove from heat and serve!
