Ingredients
2 cups frozen wild blueberries
1/2 cup unsweetened soy, hemp or almond milk
1/4 cup unsweetened shredded coconut, lightly toasted
1/4 cup chopped walnuts
1/4 cup currants
1 banana, sliced
Preparation
Heat frozen blueberries and soy milk until warm. Add remaining ingredients and stir well.
