Ingredients
===For Cakes===
1/2 cup melted shortening
1 Cup Sugar
2 Eggs
1 Cup Milk
2 1/4 Cup flour
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp baking soda
3 tsp. baking powder
3 squares of melted chocolate
1 tsp vanilla
===For Filling===
1/2 c. shortening
3/4 cup powdered sugar
6 Tbl. fluff
1 tsp. vanilla
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 cup or less milk
Preparation
for cakes, combine shortening with sugar. Add eggs, milk, chocolate and vanilla. Combine dry ingredients and add to wet. Bake at 350-degrees for 10 mins; cool on wire racks.
Mix all filling ingredients and spread between 2 cakes.
