Ingredients
3 cups Whole Wheat Flour
4 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
4 tablespoons sugar
2 large eggs
3 cups lukewarm milk
2/3 cup melted butter
Preparation
Whisk together the flour, baking powder, salt, and sugar.
In a separate bowl, whisk together the egg, milk, and butter.
Mix together the wet and dry ingredients, stirring just until combined. The batter will be a bit lumpy; that’s OK.
