Ingredients

6 whole wheat tortillas

1 (5.5 oz) container Bingham Hil Wasabi cheese spread

Romaine lettuce, with spines removed

1/4 pound smoked salmon, thinly sliced or shredded

Optional: thinly sliced home-grown tomatoes or red peppers

Preparation

Spread wasabi cheese spread over surface of torilla. Cover with lettuce. Then sprinkle smoked salmon. Roll tortilla into a tight cylinder. At this point, you can serve as is, or slice into 2-inch appetizer pieces.
