Ingredients
2 cups whole wheat flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
2 eggs, well beaten
2 cups milk
2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
Preparation
Stir dry ingredients together. Add eggs, milk, and oil. Whisk wet into dry until moistened (batter may be slightly lumpy). Cook on preheated griddle until bubbles form and edges start to dry. Flip and cook until lightly browned. Keep cooked pancakes warm in a 200 degree F oven, covered with tin foil.
