Ingredients

Use King Arthur flour or similar unbleaced, quality flour.

1 cup white flour

1 cup whole wheat flour

2 tsp baking powder

1 tsp baking soda

1 tsp salt

2 Tbl sugar

2 Tbl melted butter

2 eggs

2 1/2 cups buttermilk

1 cup fruit optional

Preparation

Mix dry ingredients with a wisk in bowl. In a separate larger bowl, mix eggs, buttermilk and butter. Add dry ingredients and mix. Add fruit and mix (optional). Let stand for 5-10 minutes. Grill pancakes medium heat on a lightly buttered grill. Make sure you only flip once.
