Ingredients
2 c. whole wheat pastry flour
2 t. baking powder
1/4 t. salt
1/4 c. brown sugar
1 t. cinnamon
2/3 c. milk
1 T. vanilla extract
3 large ripe bananas, mashed
2 T. butter, melted
1 egg
Preparation
- In a large bowl, combine flour, baking powder, sugar, salt and cinnamon in a large bowl.
- In another bowl, Mash banana, add in the milk, vanilla extract and egg to it.
- Whisk together the dry ingredients and add wet ingredients stirring to combine. Add in melted butter and stir until batter is somewhat smooth.
- Cook like pancakes (in a pre-heated pan or griddle until you see bubbles and flip).
