Ingredients
1 1/2 cup sugar
1 cup butter
4 eggs
2 cups white flour
2 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon salt
2 cups whole wheat flour
6 large ripe bananas
2 teaspoons vanilla
1 cup nuts (can use more)
Preparation
Cream butter and sugar. Add eggs one at a time. Sift together white flour soda and salt and add to butter and sugar. Add whole wheat flour. Fold in bananas, vanilla and nuts.
Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
