Ingredients

1 egg

1/2 cup (or 2/3 if you like it sweeter) brown sugar

1 cup about 3, mashed bananas

1/3 cup buttermilk or sour milk

1 tbsp oil

2 tbsp plain or vanilla yogurt

1 tsp vanilla

1 2/3 cup whole wheat flour

1 tsp baking soda

1/4 tsp salt

Preparation

Mix all wet ingredients till thoroughly blended. In a small bowl mix flour, salt and baking soda. Add to banan; just to combine.

Bake in an oiled loaf pann 8.5" x 4.5". Bake at 350F. or 325 if a non stick pan. Bake 50 minutes or until done.
