Ingredients

2 bottles Pinot Grigio, or other white wine

1 cup frozen passion fruit puree (perfectpuree.com)

1/2 cup El Presidente Spanish brandy

1 cup sugar (don’t cut back, you need this to give the passion fruit its perfume)

4 red or black plums, each cut into 12 to 16 wedges

Preparation

Stir everything together, long enough to melt the sugar, and refrigerate for 4 hours or preferably over night.

Pour chilled over a FULL glass of ice with slices of plum.
