Ingredients
2 cups of white wine your choice
1 cup of fresh blueberries
1 tsp of white sugar
1 & 1/4 tsp of kosher salt
1/2 tsp of black pepper
1 ounce of fresh tomatoes puree
Preparation
Soak blueberries in white wine for about 20 minutes in a bowl and transfer white wine and blueberries to an 8 inches sautéed pan place pan on stove medium heat temperature and cook until reduced or approximately 5 minutes lower heat to medium low temperature, add fresh puree tomatoes black pepper white sugar kosher salt cook for 1 minute or until thicken, and serve as desired.
