Ingredients
1 (750-ml) bottle white wine, sauvignon blanc or pinot grigio
1/2 cup brandy or cognac
1/4 cup orange liqueur (recommended: Cointreau or Triple Sec)
2 tablespoons superfine sugar
2 tablespoons water
1 Mango, peeled and pitted
Assorted fresh or frozen fruit
Preparation
Mix sugar and water in saucepan and bring to a boil, stirring until sugar dissolves. Let cool.
Puree mango in food processor or blender.
Mix sugar water, pureed mango, wine, brandy & orange liquer in pitcher. Add fresh fruit and chill. May be served over ice.
