Ingredients
Cracked or crushed ice
One part Captain Morgan Spiced Rum
One to Three parts Carolans Irish Cream
Whole milk
Preparation
Fill a Rocks Glass 3/4 full of the cracked or crushed ice and swirl a few seconds. Pour the Spiced Rum carefully over the ice, and follow with the Irish Cream, amount depending on sweetness desired. Dash in some milk if rum is too strong. Add stir or swizzle stick, and just give the ice a turn or two. Do not fully blend. Enjoy, and as ice melts, give the drink a stir now and then as clean, pure ice actually compliments the flavor.
