Ingredients
1 cup of White long grain rice
2 tablespoons olive oil
¼ cup of finely chopped onion
1/8 cup finely chopped garlic.
2 cups of water
Salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
heat the olive oil, add the onion, garlic and sauté, add the rice and sofry, for about 4 minutes, keep on stirring the rice, the sign is when most of the rice kernels become white, add the water, the salt and pepper to taste, simmer for about 10 to 15 minutes, letting the steam out.
