Ingredients

6 small, white plums (chopped, sliced or diced)

1/2 inch nub of ginger diced

1 cup of siger

Preparation

In a medium saucepan, over low heat, combine the sugar, ginger and plums. Let sit for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally, until juices come out. Then increase the heat and stir occasionally until the juices thicken. (Approximately 25 minutes) At this point the mixture should reduce in size. Then put into a heat resistant storage container and place in fridge for 2 hours.
