Ingredients
1 pizza dough - (I get mine from bakery at local supermarket)
1 jar roasted garlic alfredo sauce (suggest Classico)
1 small container whole milk ricotta cheese
1bulb roasted garlic
1 small jar roasted red peppers
1 small pkg white meat chicken strips (or use leftover chicken)
1 pkg 6 cheese itallian (shredded)cheese
red pepper flakes (to taste)
1 small bunch fresh basil
few leaves, chopped fine, fresh oregano, or teaspoon of itallion seasoning
Optional toppings:
yellow pepper strips
red (suggested) or sweet yellow onion, sliced
pepperoni slices
grated parmsean or romano cheese
Preparation
Let pizza dough rise in bowl drizzled with olive oil remove, roll out into whatever shape you like Spoon Classico garlic alfredo sauce to cover bottom layer of dough Dollop and spread Ricotta next Add Chicken Strips and roasted garlic across top Add few sprinkles red pepper flakes Add fresh basil and oregano (or itallion seasoning) Add other toppings if desired (yellow peppers, pepperoni etc) Sprinkle grated 6 cheese itallion cheese all over top. Add fresh ground pepper Sprinkle extra virgin oil over crust edges and bake at 450 until hot and bubbly..
