Ingredients
1 white cake mix
4 eggs
3/4 cup of oil
1/4 cup 2% milk
1 cup sour cream. Mix & place in greased bundt pan. Bake 325 for 50 minutes. Cool completely & remove from pan. Cut in 3 layers. 2 layers are spread with cool & whipped cream combined & centre layer with lemon pie filling. Dust with icing sugar for garnish & serve with vanilla ice cream.
Preparation
Mix cake mix, veg. oil, milk, sour cream for 2 minutes with mixer. Grease bundt pan & pour in batter. Bake at 325 for 50 minutes. Cool completely & cut cake into 3 layers. Two layers will have a mixture of cool whip thawed & whipped cream combined & l layer is lemon pie filling (cooled). Sprinkle with icing sugar & serve with scoop of vanilla ice cream.
